The Hotel Maxov (735 meters above the sea level) is situated in the heart of wonderful nature of the Jizera Mountains, near the towns Jablonec n. N. and Liberec and offers comfortable accomodation with pleasant atmosphere all year round. Our Hotel is conveniently distant from other buildings and cottages and therefore offers total privacy and comfortable, quiet and peaceful environment and first of all excellent service provided by helpful German and English speaking staff.


You can spend your summer holidays exploring beautiful jizera mountains nature either walking or cycling, visiting local view towers, area called "Czech Paradise" (with well-known sandstone rocks) etc. There is a pony farm close to the hotel, offering an active and interesting alternative to your programme. Surrounding forrests are ideal for mushroomand berry picking. Water dam in Jablonec n. N. give you a chance to enjoy the real summer activities - bathing and tanning. There is also a small lake next to the Hotel Maxov.

Winter offers endless possibilities for downhill and cross-country skiers. There is a 950 meters long piste near our hotel with designated area for beginners and children. Popular ski resorts Špičák and Severák are situated within 4 km from the hotel and for the popular annual "Jizerská 50 m Run". The course of the competition is easily accesible after about 1 km running directly from the hotel.


During all year you can explore various attractions in the main town of region - Liberec, approx. 15 km distant from the hotel. It is e.g. botanical or zoological garden, the largest "Water World" in Middle Europe in Babylon Centrum or dominant mountain of Jizera Mountains called Ještěd with typical shape of the high dwarf's hat.

The Hotel Maxov offers accomodation in 1, 2, 3 and 4- bedrooms. Every room is equipped with shower, WC, TV and satelite system. We offer "Swedish table" breakfast and dinner set of menu with the choice of 2-3 meals including soup and desert or fruit. We offer also very wide a-la-carte menu with Czech and international cuisines. We hope you will enjoy a wide selection of coctails and Moravian wines. If you choose to spend your time in the Hotel or in the outdoor area, we offer many enjoyable possibilities. There is a pool table, table-tennis equipment, Russian skittles, outdoor and indoor children play-areas, camp-fire area and room for the table games - all free of charge. for your peace of mind we offer our hotel safe for saving your money and valuables and secured lighted car parking place.


Rent fee is required if you wish to use our sauna, mountain bikes, tennis court, electronic darts, phone automat, fax machine, pearlbad, heal-massages and barbecue equipment.

We also welcome pets in the hotel. There is a small gift shop and exchange bureau operating at the reception desk.
